Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges of our merchandise within 30 days of purchase provided that they are in resellable condition. Customer should call for a Return Authorization code BEFORE returning any merchandise.
If the merchandise was damaged during shipment, please contact us right away, so that we can process a claim and reship your order.
Opened packages of shrink wrapped merchandise such as: Software, Cassettes, CDs, Games, and Puzzles etc. are not exchangeable/refundable.
Seasonal/Holiday items will not be refunded or exchanged after season/holiday.
Sale items, Custom orders and Personalized Items are not exchangeable/refundable.
Some Sets of 5 volumes or more are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Call for details.
Shipping charges are not refundable. If customer received free shipping, and returns an item, our standard shipping charge will be deducted from the amount to be credited.
We strongly suggest that merchandise shipped for exchage or refund be properly and securely packaged and shipped via Insured USPS, UPS or other carrier. Credit actions will occur only after receipt and inspection of returned merchandise.
Handwritten and certified kosher Mezuzot, Megillot and Tefillin are not exchangeable or refundable.
Gift items are exchangeable or refundable for a Store Credit provided that they meet the above conditions.
